The Most Flexible Service
From YVR to Whistler, we track your clients  flights landing between 8am and 8pm everyday and adjust our capacity and departures based on their arrival! We accept all shared shuttle bookings up to a week in advance, anything received later will be accepted based on availability. We are easily the most efficient way out of the airport with our summer season Two-Hour Guarantee (One-Hour in Winter)- we guarantee your clients will depart YVR within 2 hours (if possible, much quicker!) of meeting our friendly airport hosts. We don’t give out free rides very often, but if unforeseen circumstances occur, it’s nice to know your guests are covered!

Our ground team at Vancouver Airport provide a friendly Meet & Greet service to ensuring a smooth arrival and real-time updates to our departures. We provide contact numbers for this team for your clients ease and convenience.

Door Service
Whistler Connection offers the ultimate ‘Door-to-Door’ service. We drop off and pick up at all hotels & condos in Whistler as well as a large selection of downtown Vancouver hotels, all you need to do is communicate the location specific adjusted pick up time to your client.

VIP Private Transportation
Our representatives will meet your clients from their flight after clearing customs, and escort them to their private vehicle. Clients will depart immediately and be taken directly to their accommodation in Whistler. On the return journey back to Vancouver Airport, clients choose their optimum departure time based on their flight to reduce stress or extended wait times at the airport. We generally suggest departing Whistler at least 4.5 hours prior to the flight departure time. This allows 2.5 hours to travel the sea-to-sky highway and through downtown Vancouver traffic while maintaining sufficient time to check in for the flight.
